IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Night Shift Production Operative to join a successful manufacturing company based in Dunkeswell, near Honiton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative, Machine Operative or Manufacturing Operative looking for night shift work, excellent rates of pay and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
Full training is provided, with immediate starts available.
Key Duties*Operate production machinery, with full training provided.
*Work efficiently to achieve production targets.
*Follow all Health & Safety procedures.
*Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area.
*Work effectively as part of a busy manufacturing team.
Requirements*Previous machine operating experience is beneficial.
*Candidates with previous machine operating experience can start on the night shift straight away.
*Candidates without previous experience will receive full daytime training before moving onto the night shift.
*Reliable and punctual approach to work.
*Good attention to detail.
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
What We Offer*£17.50 per hour.
*Overtime paid at £24.75 per hour.
*Monday to Thursday working hours, with every weekend off.
*Full training provided.
