Full job descriptionAgilis Search is partnering with a well-established organisation in Colchester seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join their HR team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ER professional who enjoys managing a varied caseload, providing practical advice to managers, and supporting a positive employee experience across the business.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide expert Employee Relations advice and guidance to managers.
*Manage a broad range of ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, organisational change, redundancy and TUPE.
*Coach managers on employee matters and employment best practice.
*Ensure HR documentation, policies and case records are accurate and compliant.
*Support employment law matters, including ACAS, tribunal preparation and DSARs where required.
*Identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement of HR policies and processes.
*Support HR projects, reporting and manager training.
About You
*Previous Employee Relations experience with the ability to manage complex cases independently.
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
*Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
*A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
