*Possess 2+ years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) with prior exposure to both corporate and commercial law
*Demonstrate confidence in independently managing your own caseload
*Have a proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and adeptly manage client relationships
*Be capable of establishing new relationships
