Full job descriptionWe’re currently recruiting for experienced Painters & Decorators to join a well-established housing provider working across Leicestershire. Working within the Planned Works Team, you’ll be carrying out internal and external decorating works within occupied social housing properties.

The Role
*Internal and external painting and decorating
*Preparation of surfaces including filling, sanding and making good
*Emulsion and gloss work to walls, ceilings, woodwork and doors
*Completing refurbishment and planned maintenance works
*Working in occupied residential properties
*Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
*Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator
*Experience within social housing, planned works or residential maintenance preferred
*Own transport
*Full UK Driving Licence
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
