We are recruiting for a Process Engineer to join a growing manufacturing and product development environment, supporting the scale-up and continuous improvement of innovative consumer and healthcare products.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer with experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or production engineering who enjoys working across R&D, operations, quality, and production teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in taking products from pilot stage through to full-scale manufacturing, ensuring processes are efficient, compliant, and capable of delivering high-quality products consistently.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the development and scale-up of new products from pilot to industrial production
*Plan and support manufacturing trials within production environments
*Improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and performance
*Assist with process validation activities and GMP compliance
*Investigate production and quality issues, implementing corrective actions where required
*Work closely with production, quality, engineering, and external manufacturing partners
*Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
*Prepare manufacturing documentation, SOPs, and technical reports
*Support the introduction and validation of new equipment and manufacturing processes
Requirements
*Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
*2-3 years’ experience within a manufacturing or production environment
*Experience working in regulated or FMCG or quality-controlled manufacturing environments
*Knowledge of GMP, process validation, and continuous improvement principles
*Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
*Excellent communication and project coordination abilities
*Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
