The Role:
*Provide high-quality classroom cover across a range of year groups

*Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure continuity of learning

*Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment

*Support pupil engagement and wellbeing

*Adapt quickly to different classroom routines and settings



? The Ideal Candidate:
*Holds QTS (or an equivalent teaching qualification)

*Confident covering a variety of year groups and subjects

*Strong classroom management and communication skills

*Flexible, professional and dependable

*Positive, proactive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
