Hue Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist manufacturing company based in Stevenage.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business within the precision engineering sector. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career with genuine opportunities for progression.
*Measuring and labelling diamond tooling.
*Servicing and preparing diamond tooling.
*Carrying out quality inspections.
*Following production procedures and work instructions.
*Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
*Working as part of a close-knit production team to achieve daily targets.
What They’re Looking For
*Excellent attention to detail.
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
*Good communication skills.
*A reliable and hardworking approach.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Previous manufacturing or production experience would be an advantage but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Salary & Benefits
*£13.00 per hour (£25,350 per annum).
*Permanent, full-time position.
*Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 3:00pm (37.5 hours per week).
*Six-month probationary period.
*Full training provided in a highly specialised manufacturing environment.
*25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
*Workplace pension scheme.
*Overtime opportunities following successful completion of probation.
*Excellent career progression and cross-training opportunities across different production departments.
*Friendly, supportive and close-knit working environment.
*One-stage, face-to-face interview process.
*Immediate start available.
