What Could Your Day Look Like?*Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher

*Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students remain on task

*Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies

*Supporting students with their learning during lessons

*Creating a positive and focused learning environment

*Working closely with teaching staff and the wider school team

Could This Be You?*Experience working with young people or in a school setting is desirable

*Confident managing a classroom and maintaining positive behaviour

*Strong communication and organisational skills

*Flexible, reliable and professional

*Interest in education or a future teaching career
