We’re looking for:*Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK
*At least 2 years’ experience in social care
*Qualified to a level 3 in Health & Social Care, or be working towards.
*Previous experience in a Care home setting
*42 hours per week (day shifts)
*Availability to work alternate weekends
Your role:*Lead
by example, providing high-quality care and companionship
*Support
residents with personal care and daily living
*Encourage independence and wellbeing
*Plan and take part in meaningful activities and outings
*Oversee medication administration and accurate record-keeping
*Work closely with families and healthcare professionals
*Support
and guide the care team, stepping up in the absence of senior management
