The role will involve:
*Managing the commercial performance of construction projects.
*Preparing valuations, cost reports and forecasts.
*Managing subcontractor accounts and procurement.
*Administering JCT contracts and variations.
*Working closely with the Directors and Project Managers to maximise project profitability.
You’ll ideally have:
*Quantity Surveying experience within construction.
*Main contractor experience.
*Good knowledge of JCT contracts.
*Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail.
*A collaborative approach and desire to take ownership.
