Full job descriptionWe’re recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a respected construction business delivering outstanding residential developments across Surrey.
This is an opportunity to lead the delivery of a prestigious luxury residential project while working for a company that’s recognised for its craftsmanship, attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing day-to-day site operations.
*Coordinating subcontractors and specialist trades.
*Driving programme, quality and health & safety performance.
*Maintaining exceptional standards of finish throughout the build.
*Building positive relationships with clients, consultants and the wider project team.
We’re looking for:
*Proven Site Management experience with a principal contractor.
*High-end residential construction experience.
*SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
*Strong leadership and communication skills.
*A passion for delivering exceptional quality.
