Nigel Wright are delighted to be supporting a growing and customer-focused organisation in the recruitment of a Customer Service Agent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team environment where delivering outstanding customer experiences is at the heart of everything they do.
As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to resolve enquiries, provide information and ensure a positive experience across multiple communication channels. You’ll play a key role within a busy Customer Operations team, taking ownership of customer queries and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
*Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and live chat.
*Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services.
*Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases when required.
*Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve service-related queries.
*Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
*Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.
*Manage your workload effectively to meet service and performance targets.
*Deliver a consistently high standard of customer care and professionalism.

*Previous customer service or customer-facing experience.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Competent IT skills, including experience using computer-based systems.
