Description
*Lead audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
*Prepare and review financial statements for a variety of clients across different sectors.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on audit and financial matters.
*Supervise and mentor junior team members, offering guidance and feedback on their work.
*Identify potential issues and provide practical recommendations to clients for improvement.
*Ensure all audit files are completed to a high standard and submitted within deadlines.
*Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit processes and best practices.
*Stay updated on the latest developments in accounting and audit regulations.
Profile
A successful Audit Senior should have:


*Professional accounting qualifications (ACA or ACCA).
*Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
*Experience in managing audits from planning to completion.
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
*Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
