*Support the tax department in identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies.
*Assist in the development of junior team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
*Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and communicate relevant updates to clients and colleagues.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of professional services.
Profile
A successful Corporate Tax Manager should have:
*Relevant professional qualifications in tax or accountancy (CTA, ACA, ACCA).
*Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax legislation and compliance processes.
*Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying tax planning opportunities.
*Experience in mentoring or developing junior team members.
