Key Responsibilities:


*Engage prospective investors to understand their financial objectives and long-term strategy
*Handle inbound enquiries with clarity, accuracy and confidence
*Build and manage a strong pipeline, nurturing long-term relationships built on trust
*Guide clients through decision-making, negotiation and completion
*Conduct virtual consultations and present tailored investment options
*Communicate clear rationale and analysis behind every recommendation
*Follow a structured qualification and advisory process to ensure aligned, evidence-based guidance
What we’re looking for:
*Direct experience selling UK Residential Off-Plan & Specialist Supported Housing
*Minimum 3+ years of proven performance in property investment sales
*Ability to manage a pipeline effectively, identify buying signals, and close consistently
*Comfortable selling fully remotely via calls, email, video and screenshare
*Ambition to progress into a future Sales Manager role - Desirable
*Experience selling overseas property markets - Desirable
