Full job descriptionA global property business is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to support a complex international finance function during a period of growth and transformation.


This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a technically strong accountant with proven experience overseeing monthly reporting, group consolidations, and financial control across a large international structure.


As an Interim Financial Controller, you will:
*Lead the month-end close and delivery of high-quality management reporting to tight deadlines.
*Oversee the consolidation of financial results across a large multi-entity, multi-currency group structure.
*Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial reporting across more than 40 legal entities.
*Review and enhance internal controls, processes, and governance frameworks.
*Partner with senior stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
*Manage and develop a team of four finance professionals.
*Support technical accounting matters and ensure compliance with relevant reporting standards.
*Drive continuous improvements in reporting, controls, and finance operations.


Requirements:
*ACA qualified, ideally trained within a Big 4 or Top 10 accounting firm.
*Financial Controller background within a complex, international organisation.
*Experience in multi-entity and multi-currency consolidations.
*Team management experience.
*High attention to detail.
*Internal controls experience.
