Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a successful and growing organisation seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Operations team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Project Manager with strong client management skills who enjoys delivering projects from start to finish while building long-term relationships with customers and contractors.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client projects, coordinating contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
*Managing multiple projects through the full lifecycle
*Building and maintaining strong client and contractor relationships
*Coordinating remedial works projects, including fire door works
*Arranging site visits, assessments, and contractor schedules
*Ensuring reports, documentation, and completion evidence are accurate and delivered on time
*Monitoring budgets, risks, issues, and project timelines
*Resolving client queries and supporting customer satisfaction
*Working collaboratively with the wider Operations team
You will have:
*Proven experience managing multiple projects
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
*Experience within construction, engineering, consultancy, compliance, or a regulated environment (desirable)
*Confidence managing client relationships and attending meetings
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Project Management qualifications such as PRINCE2 or similar - desirable
