Audit & Accounts Senior | Beaconsfield | Permanent
Our client is a well-established and forward-thinking accountancy practice based in Beaconsfield, and they’re looking for a confident and capable Audit & Accounts Senior to join them on a permanent basis.This is a role for someone who brings solid practice experience, thrives working across a varied portfolio of clients, and is ready to contribute meaningfully from day one. Whether you’re qualified through professional exams or qualified by experience, what matters most is the depth of your knowledge and the quality of your work.What You’ll Be Doing*Managing and delivering audit and accounts assignments across a diverse client portfolio
*Preparing statutory accounts in line with UK accounting standards and compliance requirements
*Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients and responding to queries with confidence
*Contributing to the planning and completion of audit work, taking ownership of your assignments
*Working collaboratively with the wider team, supporting colleagues where needed and contributing to a positive team environment
What We’re Looking For*A minimum of 3 years’ experience working within an accountancy practice
*Qualified by experience, or professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
*Strong working knowledge of UK accounting standards and regulatory requirements
*Proven experience handling a varied client portfolio with a high degree of professionalism
*Excellent communication skills, with confidence in a client-facing capacity
*A proactive, organised approach with strong attention to detail
Nice to Have*Experience across a broad range of sectors and client sizes
*An interest in supporting or mentoring more junior members of the team
