Job Description:
Full job descriptionJoin a growing aerospace manufacturer with a strong order book and the opportunity to work on advanced engineering programmes. Play a key role in the design, manufacture and improvement of precision tooling that supports high-quality production
What You’ll Need
*Toolroom Engineer, Toolmaker or Toolroom Technician experience
*Tool manufacture and repair experience
*Milling, turning or grinding capability
*Ability to work from technical drawings and CAD models
*Apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification
The Role
*Manufacture, repair and improve production tooling
*Produce precision components to tight tolerances
*Support NPI, prototype and small batch manufacturing activities
*Work with design and manufacturing engineers on tooling and process improvements
