Key Responsibilities
*Welcoming guests and providing a professional first impression.
*Assisting with registration and check-in procedures.
*Providing information, guidance, and directions to attendees.
*Responding to guest enquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
*Managing queues and ensuring smooth guest flow throughout the event.
*Resolving queries and escalating issues where necessary.
*Supporting the wider event team to ensure the event runs efficiently.
About You
*Friendly, approachable, and confident communicating with a wide range of people.
*Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
*Calm and professional when working in a busy environment.
*Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
*Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
*Experienced in customer service, hospitality, retail, or events (desirable but not essential).
