Looking for a General Operative role with a four-day core working week? We have an immediate start available for a reliable General Operative who enjoys keeping busy and being part of a fast-moving production environment.
This is an active, hands-on General Operative position where you’ll spend long periods on your feet, preparing materials and helping to keep the production line moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities Preparing materials ready for production
Keeping materials flowing to the line
Supporting the smooth running of production
Handling and moving materials safely
Keeping work areas clean and organised
Following all site health and safety procedures
Essential Qualifications/Skills Safety boots are essential
Comfortable standing for long periods
Physically comfortable with an active working environment
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Want to earn more? Overtime is available on Fridays and Saturday mornings at Time + ½, with Sundays paid at Double Time. Plus, your breaks are fully paid — a great extra benefit!
