Full job descriptionI am assisting a client with the recruitment of a temporary Recruitment Administrator for an ASAP start (Vetting dependent) for approx 1 month - 6 weeks
Recruitment Administrator
*Job Type: Full-time - 40 hours per week
*Location: Chadwell Heath - RM6
*Salary: £15-£16 per hour
We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support the recruitment and onboarding of staff within our friendly and caring care home. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference by helping us attract and retain high-quality care professionals.
The Role
As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process from advertising vacancies through to onboarding new starters. You will work closely with managers, candidates, and external partners to ensure all recruitment activities are completed accurately and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
*Posting and managing job adverts across recruitment platforms.
*Screening applications and coordinating interviews.
*Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
*Processing offer letters, contracts, and onboarding paperwork.
*Conducting right to work, DBS, and reference checks.
*Maintaining accurate recruitment records and personnel files.
*Supporting compliance with CQC and employment regulations.
*Liaising with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
*Monitoring recruitment pipelines and producing recruitment reports.
*Assisting with general HR and administrative duties as required.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
*Previous experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a similar administrative role.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
*Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
*The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
*A professional, friendly, and approachable manner.
*Experience within healthcare, social care, or care home settings would be desirable but not essential.
Safeguarding checks will be completed on the successful candidate and an Enhanced DBS subscribed to the update service is essential (ADULTS BARRED)
