Full job descriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.


Summary of the Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator role
Salary: £32,000 - £34.000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4pm
Responsibilities of theCompliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator
* Prepare employment contacts and onboarding documents
* Coordinating employee mobilisation
* Coordinating appointments and mandatory training
* Arranging travel and accommodation
* Liaising with employees throughout the onboarding process
*Maintain compliance records and databases
*Maintain company policies and procedures
*Supporting audits
*Monitor compliance deadlines
*Employment administration such as preparing payroll information and preparing contractual documents
*Preparing reports and spreadsheets and maintain electronic filing systems
Requirements for a successful Compliance & Mobilisation Co-Ordinator
*Previous administration or coordination experience
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Exceptional attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple priorities
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
*Ability to handle confidential information
