We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and friendly manufacturing team in Wellingborough. This is a physically demanding role involving manual work and heavy lifting, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work and keeping busy throughout the day.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Working in a fast-paced production environment
*Assisting with the manufacture, assembly, and packing of products
*Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting duties
*Following health and safety procedures at all times
*Checking products meet quality standards
*Supporting colleagues across the production area as required
What We’re Looking For
*A positive attitude and strong work ethic
*Reliability, punctuality, and a good attendance record
*Ability to perform manual work and heavy lifting throughout the shift
*Team players who can work well with others
*Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
*Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
