Private Client Lawyer – Wills, Trusts & Estate Planning
This excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Solicitor, Private Client Lawyer or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly respected Exeter law firm advising high-net-worth individuals, families and trustees on complex wealth and succession planning matters.

The Firm
This established South West law firm is recognised for its expertise in private client, trusts, tax planning and wealth preservation. The team advises on high-value and often international matters, offering lawyers exposure to sophisticated client work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload covering:
*Wills and estate planning
*Trusts and trust administration
*Probate and estate administration
*Inheritance Tax and succession planning
*Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
*Court of Protection matters
*Asset protection and wealth structuring
*Advising high-net-worth individuals, families and trustees
*Cross-border private client matters
Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
*4+ years’ PQE within private client law
*Experience handling wills, trusts, probate and estate planning matters
*Strong client relationship and advisory skills
*STEP qualification advantageous but not essential
