Join one of the region’s leading law firms and become part of a highly regarded Property Litigation team, acting on a diverse range of disputes for commercial and private clients across the UK.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor looking to further their career within a well-established and growing disputes team.
You’ll manage your own caseload while working closely with experienced colleagues on a variety of property litigation matters, including:
*Commercial landlord and tenant disputes
*Lease renewals and lease interpretation
*Dilapidations claims
*Possession proceedings
*Easements, rights of way and boundary disputes
*Restrictive covenant disputes
*Trespass and nuisance claims
*Residential landlord and tenant matters
*Property-related contract disputes
*Development and real estate litigation
You’ll advise a broad range of clients, including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, investors, businesses and private individuals, handling matters from initial instruction through to resolution.
About You
You’ll be:
*A qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in Property Litigation
*Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
*A strong communicator with excellent client relationship skills
*Commercially minded with an interest in networking and business development
*Looking to join a collaborative and supportive team where your career can continue to develop
