This is an exciting opportunity for an established estate agency leader who is ready to take on broader responsibility, drive business growth and inspire a high-performing team.
Your Role: As Branch Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping the success of the branch, delivering exceptional customer service, winning new business and developing your colleagues to achieve their full potential.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Leading, coaching and developing a successful residential sales team
*Driving branch profitability, market share and business performance
*Winning new business through valuations and property listings
*Supporting and mentoring colleagues to achieve individual and team success
*Building strong relationships with customers and the local community
*Monitoring performance, analysing results and implementing business plans
*Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards
*Delivering an outstanding customer journey from instruction through to completion
What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for an experienced estate agency professional who can demonstrate:
*Proven leadership experience within residential estate agency
*A successful track record of delivering results and growing market share
*Strong leadership and people development skills
*Commercial awareness with the ability to drive branch performance
*Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
*A proactive, customer-focused approach
*A full UK driving licence
