Job Description:
Full job descriptionKenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Reactive & Planned Maintenance Manager to join a growing construction company. This is an excellent opportunity to manage planned and reactive maintenance across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
Duties:
*Manage reactive maintenance, PPM and small works.
*Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
*Monitor budgets, schedules and service delivery.
*Resolve urgent maintenance issues.
*Ensure Health & Safety and statutory compliance.
*Produce operational and financial reports.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships.
You’ll have:
*Experience managing reactive maintenance, PPM and small works.
*Strong knowledge of commercial building maintenance.
*Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers and budgets.
*Good knowledge of CAFM systems and Microsoft Office.
*Strong organisational and communication skills.
*Full UK Driving Licence.
IOSH, NEBOSH, IWFM or a relevant trade background would be advantageous.
