Working as part of a high-performing Client Services team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end client onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met while delivering an exceptional client experience. This role offers the chance to work closely with stakeholders across the business, build strong client relationships and make a direct impact on service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities*Manage end-to-end client onboarding and offboarding processes
*Conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and client due diligence activities
*Request, review and collect AML and KYC documentation from clients
*Liaise directly with high-value clients throughout the onboarding journey, providing a professional and responsive service
*Ensure memberships and client accounts are established in accordance with onboarding requirements and internal procedures
*Work collaboratively with the wider Client Services team to support a seamless client experience
*Investigate and resolve onboarding-related queries and issues efficiently
*Monitor onboarding timelines and manage varying client requirements to ensure deadlines are achieved
*Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
*Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across client onboarding and service delivery processes
Skills & Experience Required*Previous experience in a Client Onboarding Specialist, Client Services, AML, KYC or related position within asset management, financial services or investment management
*Strong knowledge of AML regulations, client due diligence and onboarding procedures
*Experience managing client onboarding and offboarding processes from initiation through to completion
*Excellent stakeholder management and client relationship-building skills
*Ability to communicate confidently with high-value clients and senior stakeholders
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
*High attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
*A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent problem-solving skills
*Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while taking ownership of responsibilities
*Proficiency with onboarding systems, CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
