As the number two in the branch, you will play a key role in supporting the Branch Manager, leading by example, and helping drive the office to new heights. From generating valuations and converting instructions to mentoring colleagues and building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants, you will be instrumental in the continued growth and success of the branch.

A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator Estate Agents in Kent:
*Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
*Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
*Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
*Experience assessing / valuing properties for the market
*Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
