Start Date: 3rd August 2026 (No Holidays from 3rd August till 17th August)
Hours: 7 hours per day, 5 days per week, between 08:00 and 20:00, Monday to Sunday
Condensed hours may be considered for the right candidate.


About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Services Operator to join a friendly and experienced customer service team. This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people, delivering excellent customer service, and building positive relationships with customers.
As part of our customer services team, you will play a key role in supporting customers through a variety of interactions, including making anniversary calls, handling enquiries, updating records, and providing administrative support. This is a rewarding position where you can make a real difference while developing valuable customer service skills.
Full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide excellent customer service via telephone, email, and internal systems.
*Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
*Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers, including vulnerable individuals.
*Resolve customer queries and escalate issues where appropriate.
*Maintain accurate customer records and complete administrative tasks.
*Process referrals, support requests, complaints, and general enquiries.
*Follow established processes, service standards, and timescales.
*Handle sensitive information securely and confidentially.
*Comply with GDPR, safeguarding, data protection, and information security requirements.
*Identify and escalate safeguarding concerns relating to vulnerable adults and children.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives.
*Contribute to service improvements, reporting activities, and other ad hoc duties.
*Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and health & safety compliance.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
*Has a genuine desire to help people and support the community.
*Is empathetic, patient, and customer-focused.
*Has excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
*Is proactive and able to use their initiative to solve problems.
*Is confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
*Has experience in a customer-facing environment, either face-to-face or over the phone.
*Has call centre experience (desirable but not essential).
*Is eager to learn new skills and develop professionally.

This role is subject to pre-employment screening, including:
*Basic DBS check
*Two years of employment referencing
