Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be supporting a leading global manufacturing organisation in the search for a Finance Analyst to join their commercial finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a part-qualified or newly qualified accountant looking to develop a career within commercial finance and business partnering. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, delivering meaningful financial analysis and insights that support strategic decision-making in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Analyst will include:
*Supporting month-end reporting and financial performance analysis
*Assisting with budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
*Producing variance analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities
*Delivering meaningful financial insights to support commercial and operational decision-making
*Responding to ad-hoc reporting requests from stakeholders across the business
*Supporting the continuous improvement of financial reporting and analysis processes
*Building strong working relationships with finance and non-finance teams across the organisation
We’re looking for someone who has:
*Part-qualified or newly qualified status (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
*Previous experience within a finance analyst, management accounts or commercial finance role
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate key findings
*Experience of budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting or variance analysis
*Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large data sets
*Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across the business
*A proactive approach, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
