Full job descriptionKenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction company. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects from pre-start through to completion.
Duties:
*Manage multiple commercial construction projects from inception through to completion.
*Coordinate subcontractors and procure materials.
*Carry out regular site visits and attend progress meetings.
*Monitor project programmes, budgets and documentation.
*Ensure Health & Safety compliance throughout.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships.
You’ll have:
*Previous Project Management experience delivering commercial construction projects.
*A trade background, ideally Carpentry or Joinery.
*Strong commercial awareness.
*SMSTS qualification.
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
*Full UK Driving Licence.
