Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Sales & Business Management Trainee, you will:
*Build strong relationships with business customers over the phone, delivering excellent service while identifying sales opportunities.
*Learn about the company’s products, customers and commercial operations through a structured training programme.
*Manage customer enquiries, quotations and orders, ensuring a high standard of customer service throughout.
*Develop your sales, negotiation and commercial skills through both in-house and external training.
*Work closely with colleagues across the business to deliver the best possible experience for customers.
*Build towards a future field sales role by developing strong relationship-building, business development and account management skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:
*A recent degree in any discipline.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*A positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop.
*Self-motivation and a proactive approach to work.
*Previous sales or customer service experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
*A full UK driving licence would be beneficial for future progression into field sales.
