Part-Time Finance Assistant

The Role
As Finance Assistant, you will provide day-to-day support across the finance function, ensuring financial records are accurate and up to date while helping the business run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing purchase and sales invoices
*Matching, checking and coding invoices
*Assisting with bank reconciliations
*Supporting credit control and supplier payments
*Maintaining accurate financial records
*Assisting with month-end finance tasks
*Responding to finance-related queries from colleagues and suppliers
*Providing general administrative support to the finance team
What We Are Looking For
*Previous experience in a finance, accounts or bookkeeping position
*Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
*Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
*Strong organisational and time management skills
*A positive, team-focused attitude
*Excellent communication skills
*Experience using accounting software would be advantageous
