As a Guest Services Assistant, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for attendees, playing a key role in ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and outstanding customer service throughout the event.


Day-to-Day of the role:


*Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival.
*Providing information and directions to attendees.
*Assisting with registration and check-in processes.
*Supporting guests with general enquiries.
*Managing queues and maintaining a positive visitor experience.
*Helping to resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
*Working closely with the event team to ensure smooth operations.


About You:


*Friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*Ability to remain calm and helpful in a busy environment.
*Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
*Confident working as part of a team.
*Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or event experience is beneficial but not essential.
