Salary: £20,000 Basic | OTE £52,000+ (Uncapped) + Company Car
Richard Abson Group is delighted to be partnering with a well-established dealership in Stockport to recruit an experienced New & Used Car Sales Executive.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, customer-focused dealership with a strong reputation, selling both new and used vehicles while offering genuine earning potential.
The RoleAs a New & Used Car Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for:
*Selling both new and used vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
*Guiding customers through the entire sales journey, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
*Building lasting customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
*Achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
*Maximising profitability through vehicle sales, finance, and value-added products.
*Presenting finance and insurance products in a professional and fully compliant manner.

What’s on Offer?*£20,000 basic salary.
*Uncapped OTE of £52,000+.
*Earnings rewarded on both vehicle volume and profit.

Working Hours*Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
*Every other weekend off
*One weekday off every week, providing an excellent work-life balance.
About YouWe’re looking for someone who has:
*Previous experience in motor trade sales (main dealership experience preferred).
*A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
*Excellent communication and customer service skills.
*A motivated, professional, and driven approach.
*A full UK driving licence.
