The Role
We are seeking a confident, personable, and organised Showroom Sales & Client Experience Manager to join a luxury interiors business. This is a varied role combining showroom sales, customer service, and office administration, ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

Key Responsibilities
*Welcome and assist showroom visitors, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
*Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person, converting leads into sales.
*Guide customers through the sales process from enquiry to aftercare.
*Coordinate orders with suppliers and delivery partners.
*Handle general office administration and maintain accurate records.
*Ensure the showroom is presented to a high standard at all times.
About You
*At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing and administrative role.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
*Confident working independently and as part of a small team.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and email systems.
*Experience with CRM systems, Shopify or Xero is advantageous.
*An interest in luxury interiors, furniture, or design is desirable.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm. Following training, regular Saturday working will be required with a weekday off in lieu.
