Job Description:
Full job descriptionOur client, a leading international organisation operating within the healthcare sector, is looking for a Quality Administrator to join their team on a four-month temporary contract to support the implementation of a new global Quality Management System.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience working on a major transformation project within a highly regulated business.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality documentation is accurately transferred into the new system, helping maintain compliance and supporting the successful delivery of the project.
Responsibilities include:
*Supporting the implementation of a new Quality Management System
*Uploading, transferring and maintaining quality documentation
*Copying and migrating documents into the new platform
*Checking document accuracy, formatting and version control
*Ensuring records are complete and compliant
*Maintaining high levels of data accuracy
*Supporting the Quality team with administrative tasks
*Assisting with document control throughout the project
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
*Previous administration experience
*Exceptional attention to detail
*Excellent organisational skills
*High levels of accuracy
*Confidence working with large volumes of documentation
*Strong Microsoft Office skills
*A proactive and methodical approach to work
Experience within quality, pharmaceutical, healthcare or another regulated environment would be beneficial but is not essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable project experience within an international organisation while developing knowledge of quality systems and regulated documentation processes.
