Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking to take the next step in your career?
A well-regarded and approachable firm of accountants is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their friendly team in Tonbridge.
As Payroll Administrator you’ll be responsible for overseeing complete payroll processing for a wide variety of clients, serving as the key contact for all payroll-related matters.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Processing Real Time Information (RTI) submissions for payrolls on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
*Managing workplace pensions and handling auto-enrolment responsibilities.
*Producing payroll reports and maintaining internal tracking documents.
*Administering statutory payments including SSP, SMP, and SPP.
*Calculating pay for periods of illness, holiday, and redundancy situations.
*Issuing tax documentation such as P45s, new starter forms, P60s, and managing student loan deductions.
*Responding to payroll queries from clients and liaising with HMRC when necessary.
*Carrying out manual computations for PAYE, NI, parental leave, and other leave entitlements.
*Developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
