If so, this could be the perfect next step.
About the Company
We’re working with a highly respected Wealth Management Practice with more than 50 employees across four offices. *Managing annual review administration and ongoing servicing work.
*Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems.
*Supporting advisers to ensure a smooth and efficient client journey.
*Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to maintain high service standards.
Career Development
One of the biggest attractions of this opportunity is the firm’s genuine commitment to developing its people.
The company offers:
*Structured career development plans.
*Full exam support towards the Diploma in Financial Planning and beyond.
*Regular one-to-one meetings and ongoing mentoring.
*Genuine opportunities for internal progression as the business continues to grow.
What’s on Offer

*Full exam support and structured career development.
*Salary increases linked to professional qualifications.
*A collaborative culture with excellent leadership and strong staff retention.
*Genuine long-term progression opportunities within a growing financial planning business.
