We’re partnering with a successful, privately-owned consultancy business that’s entering an exciting phase of growth. With ambitious plans for the future, they’re looking for someone who wants to become far more than "the finance person."
Working alongside an experienced Fractional CFO, you’ll quickly become a trusted member of the senior leadership team, helping shape commercial decisions, strengthen the finance function and, over time, develop into the company’s Finance Director.
This isn’t just another Financial Controller role.

We’d love to hear from you if you...
*Are ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or approaching qualification).
*Have experience producing management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
*Enjoy improving systems and finding smarter ways of working.
*Naturally build relationships with non-finance colleagues.
*Have experience within consultancy, recruitment, professional services, agencies, project-led businesses or another commercially focused SME.
*Want broader responsibility and genuine long-term career progression.
Perhaps you’re already a Finance Manager who’s taken on far more responsibility than your title suggests.
Or maybe you’re operating as the number two in finance, reporting into a CFO or Finance Director, and you’re ready to step into a broader leadership role.
