Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for:
*Managing a small finance team of two
*Delivering ad hoc reporting, including job costings, WIP, sales and margin analysis
*Collaborating as part of the senior management team
*Running informal month-end reporting and management accounts reviews
*Preparing monthly management accounts, weekly cashflow, P&L analysis, budgeting and WIP
*Overseeing payroll processes in partnership with HR and an external bureau
*Liaising with department heads to keep projects financially on track and within deadlines
*Handling timesheet submissions and resolving related queries
What you will need:
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or a strong QBE with relevant experience
*Previous experience in a similar Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Finance Business Partner role within manufacturing or production environments
*Experience working within a manufacturing based environment
