Full job description A key role at the small and focused London offices of an international bank
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
*Formal FCA designation as SMF16 and/or SMF17, ideally at a PRA regulated bank or an international banking institution
*Proven experience in a senior compliance leadership role within the banking sector
*Strong working knowledge of PRA/FCA regulatory frameworks, including SMCR, SM&CR conduct rules, AML/CTF, and prudential reporting
*Experience managing regulator relationships (PRA and FCA) at senior level
*Ability to operate as a sole Head of Compliance in a lean, senior team
Please note a Monday-Friday presence is required in the office
