*Manage all monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
*Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
*Provide financial insights, analysis and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise financial performance.
*Monitor cash flow and manage financial risks effectively.
*Lead and mentor a small team to maintain high performance standards.
*Work with external auditors to ensure successful audits.

Profile
To be considered for the Finance Manager role you should have:
*A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
*Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance requirements.
*Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
*Proficiency in using accounting software and financial tools.
