Full job descriptionAdministratorMolesey | £25,000–£30,000 DOE | Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm | Office Based
Looking for a role where every day is different?We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation that’s looking for an experienced Administrator to join its friendly Head Office team.
This is more than just an admin role. You’ll be at the heart of a busy operation, coordinating claims, supporting customers and colleagues, and helping ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. If you enjoy keeping organised, solving problems, and delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll be doingYour role will be varied and fast-paced, with responsibilities including:
*Managing incoming calls and emails, ensuring work is allocated efficiently.
*Coordinating claims from initial allocation through to completion.
*Liaising with internal departments, customers, contractors, and third parties.
*Monitoring workloads and producing reports to support business performance.
*Maintaining accurate records and managing documentation.
*Providing first-class customer service and resolving enquiries professionally.
*Supporting wider business administration as required.
What we’re looking forWe’re keen to speak with organised, proactive administrators who thrive in a busy office environment.
Ideally, you’ll have:
*At least 3 years’ experience in an administration or office support role with a stable work history.
*Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
*Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
*Confidence managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
*Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
*The ability to work independently while being a supportive member of a close-knit team.
*A positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
It would be a bonus if you have...*Knowledge of FCA or GDPR requirements.
*Experience using CRM or case management systems.
*Familiarity with QuickBooks or basic accounting processes.
