The role
As a Commercial Property Senior Solicitor, you’ll manage a varied caseload and play a key role in client relationships and transaction management.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Advising on acquisitions and disposals
*Handling commercial leasing transactions
*Supporting development and regeneration projects
*Advising on planning and property-related agreements
*Working closely with colleagues across corporate, banking and construction teams
*Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
*Delivering practical and commercially focused legal advice
About you
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who:
*Has 7+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate
*Is confident managing a broad range of property transactions
*Enjoys working directly with clients and developing relationships
*Demonstrates excellent drafting and negotiation skills
*Takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to legal matters
*Is keen to continue developing their expertise within a collaborative environment
