The role
As a Conveyancing Solicitor in Glasgow, you’ll handle a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Managing residential sales, purchases and transfers of title
*Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process
*Liaising with lenders, estate agents and third parties
*Progressing transactions efficiently and proactively
*Working closely with support staff to ensure a seamless client experience
*Building and maintaining client relationships
About you
This role would suit a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor who:
*Has a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
*Is confident managing their own caseload independently
*Has experience handling Scottish property transactions
*Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills
*Has strong organisational and file management abilities
*Is comfortable working with case management systems and Microsoft Office
