Full job descriptionGlobal Mobility Tax Senior Manager (Mandarin Speaking)A leading international advisory firm is looking to appoint a Mandarin-speaking Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager to join its growing London team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced global mobility professional to work with a prestigious international client base, leading complex cross-border engagements and supporting Chinese multinational businesses with their international workforce strategies.
The OpportunityYou will play a key role in delivering global mobility and expatriate tax services to a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor to HR, mobility and finance stakeholders. The role combines technical excellence, client leadership and team management, offering exposure to a broad range of international mobility challenges.
Key Responsibilities*Lead global mobility engagements for Chinese and international clients.
*Advise on expatriate tax compliance, international assignment programmes and cross-border planning.
*Provide guidance on assignment structuring, tax equalisation, social security and immigration matters.
*Manage and develop relationships with senior client stakeholders.
*Collaborate with international teams across tax, legal and advisory disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
*Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to team development and growth.
*Drive business development initiatives, particularly within the Chinese market.
*Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and deliver additional value-added services.
About You*Proven experience within Global Mobility, Expatriate Tax or International Assignment Services.
*Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Strong technical knowledge of international tax and global mobility frameworks.
*Experience managing client relationships and leading complex projects.
*ATT, CTA, ACA or equivalent qualification preferred.
*Commercially minded, proactive and collaborative approach.
*Previous Big 4, Top 10 or specialist mobility advisory experience would be advantageous.
