The role
As a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate, you’ll play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of transactional and advisory matters.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Advising on mergers, acquisitions, investments and business restructures
*Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, investment agreements and commercial contracts
*Providing advice on corporate governance and shareholder matters
*Managing transactions from inception through to completion
*Working closely with colleagues across multiple practice areas
*Building and maintaining client relationships
*Supporting junior lawyers and contributing to team development
About you
This role would suit a Corporate Solicitor who:
*Has 6+ years’ PQE in corporate and commercial law
*Has experience handling M&A and transactional work
*Is confident managing client relationships and complex matters
*Demonstrates excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
*Takes a commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving
*Enjoys collaborating with colleagues and mentoring junior team members
